Before placing your order, please review the following terms and conditions: 

 

Food Allergies & Liability

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm whether the gift recipient has any food allergies or sensitivities. The Cooke Collection is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects related to the snacks or food items included in the gift box. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have taken appropriate steps to ensure the safety of your recipient.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our gift boxes, we do not offer refunds. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. The Cooke Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the recipient.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders typically take 1–2 weeks to process and ship.
If you need your order sooner, rush processing is available starting at $15.00. Rush order fees are non-refundable and subject to availability. 

 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our boxes are made-to-order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we begin preparing your box and are unable to accommodate changes.

  Weather Sensitivity

Some items may be temperature-sensitive, especially during warmer months (e.g., chocolate). The Cooke Collection is not responsible for any melting or product changes due to weather during shipping. We recommend selecting faster or express shipping during hotter seasons.

 Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping

Rush processing is available starting at $15.00, and prices may vary depending on urgency and shipping location.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout or by request. Rush and expedited orders are non-refundable.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Cooke Collection is no longer responsible for its security or condition.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery. If a package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We encourage customers to select a secure delivery location and consider tracked or signature-required shipping when needed.
